Thompson Walker wanted professional design advice to confirm that they would be able to achieve a workable layout within their budget.  Renovations included constructing a mezzanine into the warehouse to extend the general office and to provide a second showroom area.  Space planning, preparing working drawings and obtain engineer’s calculations was required along with obtaining building consent.  Tendering the work, preparing a fit-out program and project managing the entire refurbishment was all part of our design brief.
