International automotive glass specialist, Smith & Smith were expanding and made the decision to relocate their New Zealand head office.  The desire to co-locate their distribution centre, the need for additional warehouse space, upgrade the office environment and accommodate a larger call centre was the catalyst to move.  They were keen to find professional corporate premises they would be proud to invite key clients to.
