Rugby Travel & Hospitality were reappointed by Rugby World Cup Ltd to create, manage and implement the Official Travel & Hospitality program for Rugby World Cup 2011 in New Zealand. One of the challenges for this project was to relocate six Senior UK based executives and set up an office in Auckland, New Zealand while completing busy day to day business. Operations Director, David White, said Diane Sumner of Malcolm & Sumner has been outstanding. Once briefed with our requirements, she provided a one stop service from an office furniture layout plan, construction & installation, IT (linked to the UK), phones, copiers, arranging cleaning, naming car parks, etc. No job was too big or too small and issue was never a problem."
