West Auckland legal firm, Price Baker Berridge, were expanding their practice and had outgrown their space. They needed to provide additional offices as some of the staff were having to share.
PBB wanted design advice to help them assess whether they should stay and refurbish the floor or make the decision to move to a new 4-star green rated building.
