Meadowbank General Practice
 Health care provider, Meadowbank General Practice had been in their existing location on St John's Road for a considerable amount of time. They are a general medical practice of 5 doctors. Their long term lease was due to expire and the landlord had indicated the entire premises would be sold. Consequently the practice needed to relocate to new premises by October 2017.
The partners decided it was essential to provide a modern medical facility to accommodate their existing staff and patients in a location that was as close as possible to their existing facility to ensure ease of access for all. They found potential space in the Meadowbank Shopping Center, just a few doors down. Malcolm & Sumner were asked to design the new premises, including working drawings, consent documentation and project management. Doctor David Henry, said "Malcolm & Sumner helped us with the design before we committed to a lease, to be sure the space would work for us. I clearly remember looking at the open plan with Diane casting her eye around and saying we could get this to work."
